He is a proven and recognized sales and marketing professional, who has successfully managed sales and marketing efforts throughout the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean, with results that have consistently exceeded industry averages.

Gary Hendren, A.I.A., V.P. Development
Gary is a nationally recognized architect with over 25 years of experience. He has a wide range of experience that includes luxury residential properties, golf courses, marinas, and of course, resorts.

Robert Jones, C.P.A., C.F.O.
Robert began his accounting career with a big six firm, was drawn into the resort industry and began to provide extensive work for resort properties in New England, Europe, and the Caribbean. Robert has developed his own finance models that have been hailed as innovative and thorough for all aspects of the resort industry, including time-share, residential, hotels, golf courses, equestrian centers, and ski areas.

Attorney Howard Wicker, Legal Counsel
Howard fully understands the complexities and legal challenges of resort development. In addition to his Law Degree he also holds a Masters in Real Estate Appraisal. Howard has been involved in the resort industry for over twenty years and has extensive experience with project registrations, document preparation, contract law, and virtually all other aspects of the real estate and resort industries.
